摘要:This case study discusses the analysis of ERP implementation on current employee performance. Employee performance is intended to see whether the employee has a good attitude and work pattern for the new ERP system. This research was conducted to find out whether the employee has inputted the ERP system properly. There are several variables that are measured to analyze the system of using ERP, namely input, calculation and reporting. This approach can provide convenience in terms of inputting, calculation and reducing data and reporting errors that are still not in line with company expectations.
