摘要：There is dire need of the day to find out the proper balance between the work and life. Proper working condition play very important role in balancing the work life balance. In highly competitive world it felt necessary to find out the elements to create the obstacle in work and life. This paper is aimed to understand the impact of work life balance on women’s performance.
