摘要：Enterprise development towards sustainability is a strategy that needs to set for enterprises if all existing and long-term development in the context of deeper integration and intense competition. In order to achieve the objective of sustainable development of enterprises, on the one hand, there is a need for changes of enterprises themselves, on the other hand, need to be oriented and supported by the state. In the context of open economy and fierce competition, Vietnamese enterprises have encountered barriers to the implementation of sustainable development. This study gives the concepts of sustainable enterprise development that emphasizes enterprise development activities. Then, from the identification and multidimensional analysis of these barriers, recommendations have been proposed to unravel in order to achieve the goal of sustainable enterprise development in the coming time.
