摘要:TlimVO2max is the time running during which an athlete can maintain at MAS. This study aimed to identify the manner in which changes in altitude can affect TlimVO2max. 22 professional football players conducted tests for MAS and TlimVO2max assessment. TlimVO2max assessment was carried out at different altitudes first, 140 m height and the second at 1300 m, with a period of 56 hours between the two ratings. MAS assessment was made using the VAMEVAL test. TlimVO2max evaluation was made using the soft of VAMEVAL. The results of the study indicate a vVO2max maintenance period of 368.6 ± 70.87 seconds for an altitude of 140 m and 316.8 ± 63.80 seconds for the 1300 m altitude. The difference between the series of data from field research is statistically significant (p <0.0001), which demonstrates that altitude affects the time limit for maintaining vVO2max.
