摘要：The paper discusses the key areas for improving the energy efficiency of companies both at the stage of implementing the energy management system and as part of its improvement. Within the framework of the organizational and management approach, the deadlines and responsible persons for the implementation of measures for the introduction and operation of the energy management system were developed, and a matrix of distribution of organizational and management tasks was proposed, which gives a description of the degree of participation of each unit in the implementation of energy management activities in a company.
