摘要：On the basis of the conducted research, the authors proposed some approaches of interaction between local governments, population and economic entities in the field of environmental protection as a necessary element of development of the energy sector. A special place in this article is given to such form of interaction as public hearing. Also, the article presents proposals to improve public hearings.
