摘要：Leakage accidents occur frequently during the process of oil exploitation, storage and transportation. Effective management of the soil contaminated by it has become the focus of social attention. This paper introduces the oil pollution problem and physical, chemical and biological treatment methods. It focuses on the classification and application status of microbial remediation technology, and discusses the key factors that restrict bioremediation effects such as degrading microbial screening and colonization, and improving the bioavailability of petroleum hydrocarbons.
