  • 摘要:A new 2-(2'-aminophenyl)benzimidazole derivative, 2-(5,6-dihydrobenzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-c]quinazolin-6-yl)-6-ethoxyphenol (1), was synthesized by the reaction of 2-(2'-aminophenyl)benzimidazole with 3-ethoxybenzaldehyde. Its structure has been determined by elemental analysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis. Compound 2 crystallizes in triclinic, space group P-1 with a = 8.7010(17) Å, b = 11.022(2) Å, c = 11.470(2) Å, α = 107.11(3)°, β = 108.96(3)°, γ = 104.61(3)°, V = 917.7(3) Å3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.293 g cm−3, μ = 0.085 mm−1, F(000) = 376, and final R 1 = 0.0439, wR 2 = 0.1214. The antitumor activities of compound 1 against human hepatoma SMMC-7721 cells and human colon carcinoma WiDr cells have been investigated.
