摘要:The heat transfer performance of the liquid-solid two-phase flow in the heat transfer tube with spiral slices insert was analyzed. The influence of the pitch of the spiral piece, the height of the spiral piece and the volume concentration of the solid particles on the heat transfer and the resistance of the tube was simulated by Fluent software. The results show that the heat transfer performance of the tube in which the spiral piece is inserted and passed into the solid particles is superior to that of the smooth tube. And the heat transfer enhancement is up to 55.48% compared with the smooth tube. The heat transfer tube enhances heat transfer accompanied by an increase in resistance. The values of the comprehensive evaluation indicators are all greater than 1. The comprehensive heat transfer performance of the tube is significantly enhanced.
