摘要:We explored the impacts of social media on the employee productivity in a rural area organization. We included the four management variables in this study. The survey data was collected. We developed four multiple regression models. Evidence shows that motivation, and job satisfaction affects productivity. Data shows flextime and social media have no significant impacts on productivity while work-life balance is inconclusive.
