  • 摘要:Several obstacles face the successful implementation of e-learning systems, and one of the most important of these is user acceptance of the system. This research investigated the critical factors that lead to successful implementation of e-learning systems. We used the Delphi technique to obtain consensus from expert respondents about the most critical factors that will contribute to successful e-learning implementation at Saudi Arabian universities. We then used these results to create a framework that highlights 11 critical factors grouped into four domains that cover website quality, technology options, top management support, and e-learning awareness by academic faculty and students. The results of this research will help designers, developers, and decision-makers to better understand the most important guidelines for a successful development of an e-learning system.
