摘要:Team faultlines, which is based on the diversified features of team members, is a potential line dividing team into several sub-teams. In recent years, more and more researchers pay attention to this new perspective. This paper reviews literature from theoretical foundation, measuring method, effect mechanism and so on several aspects, and advances the research prospect hoping to provide reference for future research.
