摘要：厚生省特定疾患スモン調査研究班の委託により，1900年～現在までのスモンおよびキノホルム関連物質の文献を，MEDLARS機械検索を含む複数の2次資料を用いて検索し，書誌作成を行った。その作成過程を述べると共に，問題点を論じた。さらに，各2次資料の検索結果を，重複文献数と単独文献数の面から比較検討し，古い年代まで遡る文献調査における，複数2次資料使用の必要性を述べて，今後の書誌作成過程への参考とした。
其他摘要：Comissioned by the Study Group on SMON Disease of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, a subject bibliography covering a long time span of 1900 to date was compiled by consulting multiple medical bibliographies including MEDLARS searches. Problems encountered during the process of compilation are discussed. Comparing search results of various bibliographies, overlapping citations and those standing alone are examined respectively, and the need to consult plurarity of secondary sources is stressed, when thoroughly retrospective search is requiried, and this seems to be useful for further bibliographic searches of any subject.
