摘要：システム機能のうち中心となる資料の検索，受入，目録について代表的な事例をとりあげて処理手順を述べた。その他，発注，資料館受入，製本機能についてはその輪郭を紹介した。遠隔地より最新所蔵デークへアクセスが可能になり，データ更新も容易になった（第1報は本誌23巻9号）。
其他摘要：This paper describes the procedures of major functions in this system ; retrieval, acquisition and cataloging of materials, with some typical examples. Besides the functions of ordering, acquisition at the Deposit Library and binding are outlined. The access to the latest data on holding of materials is now available from a remote place, and the data can be easily updated (Refer Vol. 23, No. 9 of this journal for the JICST Online Library System I).
