摘要：独立行政法人科学技術振興機構（JST）が2005年より運用を開始したJ-STAGE（科学技術情報発信・流通総合システム）の投稿審査システム（以下本システム）について，利用状況分析を行うとともに，ユーザーニーズ（本システムの導入目的や，導入効果，問題点）を把握するため，2007年8月から9月に本運用中の学協会を対象にアンケート調査を実施した。また，2008年1月末から2月中旬にかけて本システム以外の各種システムを利用している10 学協会を対象にヒアリング調査を実施するとともに，本システムと他のシステムとの機能比較調査の結果について，J-STAGEユーザーと有識者で構成される委員会（科学技術論文発信・流通促進事業アドバイザー委員会）で検討し，今後の改善要望を取りまとめた。この結果について，本システム利用学協会に対し2008年6月から7月にかけてWebアンケートを行うことで改善項目を選定した。ユーザーの利便性を高めていくためのJSTの取り組みと調査結果について報告する。
其他摘要：J-STAGE, an electronic journal platform for Japanese academic societies operated by the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST), has released a customizable peer-reviewing system in 2005. Now we carried out a questionnaire survey to find out about our user's needs throughout the months of August until September in 2007. And we also interviewed 10 Japanese academic societies who use other peer-reviewing systems from the end of January to the middle of February in 2008. On the other hand, we made intercomparison survey between our system and other systems. These comparative results were reviewed by the committee that consists of representatives of J-STAGE users and external knowledgeable persons. In accordance with the result of this committee, we picked up questionnaire items that are the important points of our system development. In 2008 from June to July, using the questionnaire items described above, we had a questionnaire on the website for our users. Then we decided priority items about our system function enhancement in 2008.
