摘要：東北大学災害科学国際研究所では，総務省，国立国会図書館，文部科学省，科学技術振興機構，全国および東北企業，海外などの80を超える機関と連携して，東日本大震災に関するあらゆる記憶，記録，事例，知見を収集し，国内外や未来に共有する東日本大震災アーカイブプロジェクト「みちのく震録伝」を展開している。本プロジェクトは，今回の震災の被災地を中心にして，歴史的な災害から東日本大震災について分野横断的な研究を展開し，東日本大震災の実態の解明や復興に資する知見の提供を進めていく。これらの取り組みは，低頻度巨大災害の対策・管理の学問を進展し，今後発生が懸念される東海・東南海・南海地震への対策に活用する。本稿では，産学官民の連携を通した活動の事例について紹介する。
其他摘要：This paper reviews the Michinoku-Shinrokuden, a joint international project of more than 80 institutes to digitally archive data from the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake Disaster. The archive aims to be a knowledge base for studying the disaster and also preparing countermeasures for the major earthquakes and tsunamis anticipated in the not-so-distant future in the Tokai, Tonan and Nankai areas in Japan.
