  • 摘要:As the ealth administration of students, an easy exercise test for circulatory function was designed. The exercise of this test is to step up and down the bench in the same way as in the Harvard Step Test. But the height of the bench was changed to 30, 40 and 50cm, and the exercise time was changed to 3, 5 and 10 minutes. The expiratory gases, oxygen-intake, electrocardiogram, blood pressure, heartrate were examined during and after exercise. 1) Oxygen-consumption was increased with the length of exercise-time and with the height of the bench. The increase of Oxygen consumption of the trained wab less than that of the untrained. 2) As the height of the hench was increased, the heart rate was enhanced and the recovery-time was delayed. The trained showed a less increment of the heart rate during exercise and a quicker recovery after exercise than the untrained. 3) Because of the simplicity of exercise and the easiness for discovering the abnormal symptoms, the optimum load was found the height of the bench 40cm, the duration of exercise 3 minutes. 4) The pulse rates of 1,000 young men were examined by the test described abovd. Those who had the faster pulse rate in this test had some poor or abnormal symptomal in the exact examination such as electrocardiogram.
