摘要：The beer supply chain is comprised by barley producers, maltsters and brewers. is positioned internationally in lhe sevenlh place in lhe manufacture ofbeer. Moreover, nationwide, lhe state of Hidalgo ranks seeond in lhe production of barley. Also, in Mexieo, lhe food chain of lhe barley is integrated as a "Product-System" and lhis in turn is regulated by a Master Plan which entails strategies lhat guide and give direction to tbis chain. In tbis paper, we propose lhe use of advanced planning systems through lhe supply chain planning matrix to support lhe development of strategies fOl lhe operation oflhe supply chain oflhe Barley Product-System oflhe state ofHidalgo, so lhat lhey are aligned wilh lhe plans of lhe same and in turn, to lhe plans oflhe partners. Through tbis matrix lhere were identified lhe various tasks performed in lhe processes along lhe supply chain, in each of lhe planning horizon, and in lhe implementation stage. This may contribute to compliance and monitoring strategic plans, tactical and operational supply chain oflhe Barley Product-System oflhe state ofHidalgo.
