摘要:The article aims at analyzing the organizational dynamics of the Thematic Chamber of Education of the Metropolitan Region of Campinas, in order to understand the constraints that make the production of collaborative actions difficult and those that compete for them. Prepared from bibliographic research, documentary analysis, and follow-up of the meetings of the Thematic Chamber of Education, the text presents the governmental actions towards the collaboration regime, as well as analyzes the dynamics of the collegiate for the production of integrated activities among the participating federal entities. An incipient process of institutionalization of the system of collaboration and valorization of the regional space for the realization of the right to education was verified.
