摘要:). We measured the levels of Interferon (IFN)-γ, interleukin (IL)-2, IL-12, IL-10, IL-13 and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α in supernatants collected from the QuantiFERON-TB Gold In-Tube assay (QFT-GIT), as well as the WBC, neutrophil, platelet count and neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in whole blood. Compared with baseline levels, WBC, neutrophil, and platelet counts were significantly lower following treatment. In addition, the NLR after treatment significantly decreased compared with baseline, whereas the IL-2/IFN-γ ratio increased after treatment. In conclusion, the levels of IL-2/IFN-γ ratios in the supernatant and the NLR might be useful biomarkers to evaluate the effectiveness of drug therapy in active TB patients.
