摘要:News production routines were altered with the advent of the Internet and the evolution of the 2.0 technology sources. Corporate virtual spaces have broadly spread for the media, acting as a basic tool of Public Relations. Those who are responsible for museum organizations have understood the need for a relational link with reporters through the network, using the museums official websites. However, according to our results, we can conclude that these tools do not provide the appropriate content.
