摘要:The present article is based on a case study and follows a dialogic approach – emic and ethical. The aim of the study was to identify and characterize the emic and ethical categories that emerge in the school culture and in the professional culture of teachers and that have implications in the daily actions of teachers. The collection and construction of data was carried out through Focus Group with teachers from a public school system brazilian. The data point to symbioses of (re)production of professional cultures of teacher in school culture characterized by individualism and professional suffering, collaboration in enclaves, organizational/professional apartheids and presence of a culture of a fighting school.
