摘要:Inseridas em um cenário mercadológico altamente competitivo, as micro e pequenas empresas defrontam-se com inúmeros obstáculos para se manterematuantes. Dados pesquisados revelam que 98% das empresas brasileiras são de micro e pequeno porte, o que mostra a sua importância para a economia nacional. Assim, é necessário empenho por parte dos gestorespara administrar de forma eficaz a rotina de trabalho, a fim de melhorar a gestão e consequentemente otimizar o desempenho destes empreendimentos. Visando aprimorar a gestão do processo produtivo de uma pequena empresa, o presente estudo tem como objetivo implantar um sistema de gestão ERP gratuito com foco na melhoria de indicadores de desempenho da produção. A pesquisa classifica-se como pesquisa-ação, com abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa, tendo como procedimento o estudo de caso. Como resultados foram averiguados indicadores antes, durante e depois da implantação do sistema ERP, concluindo que, através da mensuração,o sistema implantado trouxe melhorias ao desempenho da organização pesquisada.

Aiming to improve the management of the productive process of a small company, the present study aims to implement a free ERP management system focused on the improvement of production performance indicators. As results, indicators were verified before, during and after the implementation of the ERP system, and it was concluded through the measurement that the implemented system brought improvements to the performance of the researched organization.
