其他摘要:Over the last decade, the coastal city of Da Nang, Vietnam has experienced a considerable rate of growth in its domestic and international tourist visitation. Yet, little is known about how to manage this growth into appropriate sustainable tourism for development. To better understand a way forward, 16 tourism stakeholders from the public and private sectors in Da Nang were interviewed. Specifically, questions inquired about tourism assets and sustainability. The findings in this research help to establish baseline perceptions of tourism stakeholders in Da Nang and represent a step forward in the city’s interest in sustainable tourism for development.
