摘要：A pele é o primeiro órgão de contato com o exterior e o meio estruturante na formação da autoimagem, podendo, as afecções, comprometer a forma como o sujeito se vê e se relaciona com os outros, desencadeando ou intensificando perturbações no estado de humor. Assim, este trabalho teve como objetivo estudar a presença de Transtorno de Humor (ansiedade e depressão) em uma amostra de 47 mulheres internadas em uma Enfermaria de Dermatologia de um Hospital Universitário, bem como avaliar o impacto das doenças dermatológicas na autoestima e autopercepção. Foram utilizados três instrumentos: Mini Mental, Questionário Sócio-demográfico e PRIME-MD. Foi observada a frequência 53,2% de depressão e 59,6% de ansiedade e que as desordens na pele influenciam na saúde mental e física das pacientes, estando presentes sentimentos de inadequação e atitudes de isolamento e apatia.
其他摘要：The skin is the first contact organ with the external ambient and the structuring element on self-image construction and can compromise the way the person deals with herself and the others, causing or intensifying humor disturbances. Therefore, this article studies the presence of Humor Disorders (anxiety and depression) on 47 women interned on Dermatologic Nursery of a University Hospital, evaluating the impact of skin diseases on their self-esteem and self-perception. Three instruments were used: Mini Mental, Social Demographic Questionnaire and PRIME-MD. It was possible to observe the frequency of 53,2% Depression and 59,6% Anxiety and that skin diseases have influence on mental and physical health of the patients, wich have feelings of discomfort and isolation attitudes.
