摘要：The domestic and foreign experience has been analyzed, showing that the problem of development of geographically close residue goldore deposits was practically not investigated. The necessity of finding new methodological and technological-economic approaches to effective and large-scale integrated management of territorially-contiguous residue placer deposits has been substantiated. A number of methodological provisions for the substantiation of this approach have been proposed, an algorithm and a computer program complex has been developed for calculating the technical and economic indicators for the simultaneous development of each of the geographically approximated residue objects of placer gold deposits. The practice of organization of merger processes in the mining sector of the economy has been analyzed, their features have been examined, the advantages and negative aspects of integration processes have been analyzed, which is an important factor in solving the economic problems of the development of these residue placers.
