摘要:Governments adopted e-government to improve public servicedelivery. Kenya embraced the strategy and advanced itfurther with the establishment of Huduma centres, keyelectronic e-government instruments to reform service delivery. Thisstudy investigated the effects of integrated service approach on servicedelivery in the public service of Kenya. The study was underpinned bynew public management and coherent service delivery theories. Crosssectionalsurvey research design was used. The target populationcomprised the Huduma centre employees. Stratified random samplingand simple random sampling was applied. The sample size was 335.Questionnaire was used to collect primary data and pilot testundertaken at the Eldoret Huduma centre. Data analysis was doneusing descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The resultswere positive (β=.248, p=.000) and therefore integrated serviceapproach significantly affects service delivery in the public service. It isrecommended that integrated service approach be used to improvepublic service delivery
