摘要:Countries are using e-government to revitalize public servicedelivery. Kenya embraced e-government and established onestop shop services called Huduma centres. This study exploredthe moderating effect of transformational leadership on therelationship between integrated service approach and service deliveryin the public service of Kenya. The research was underpinned by fullrange leadership and new public management theories and employedcross-sectional survey research design. The target populationconstituted huduma centre employees. Stratified random sampling andsimple random sampling were used. The sample size was 335. Primarydata was collected using questionnaires and pilot tests undertaken atEldoret Huduma centre. In data analysis, both descriptive andinferential statistical techniques were applied. Results indicated thattransformational leadership style moderated the relationshipsbetween integrated service approach and service delivery. The findingswill form the basis for analyzing the impact of e-government and thecritical role that leadership style plays in service delivery
