其他摘要：Today, organic is mantra of healthy lifestyle. Demands of organic products are increasing. Now a day, milk production is increase but whenever questions rise over quality of milk, which may include content like as pollutants, contaminants, residue of various chemical etc. organic dairy farming is rising of animal on natural sources an provide them grazing area, access free movement with restricted uses of antibiotics and hormones. Organic dairy farming is better than conventional farming in term of health, ecology, fairness and care. Organic farming is less costly than conventional farming for farmers. Organic milk is good for health. India has potentials to produce organic milk because milk production practices followed by livestock farmer are very natural, traditional knowledge and local breeds of animal. There are also some difficulties in organic dairy farming, but overall good opportunities for India in field of organic dairy farming.KEY WORD: Organic dairy farming, Antibiotics, Hormone, Grazing, Ecology.
