摘要：Circulation of Library materials is central and imperative in every Library operation. This study looks into the activities that make up circulation of Library materials, and discusses the processes and procedures for the registration of Library clientele, charging and discharging services, statistical records of books discharged. The study reviewed how this has impacted on the Circulation services in the Library noting the advantages and. Concludes that circulation activities reflect, compliment and promote the services and image of the Library and need to be given priority attention and manned by competent staff.
