摘要:Employee is the importance person in the organizations. The achievement and failure in the firm is depends on employee performance. Therefore, top management must aware the importance of training programs for improving employee performance. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship and impact of training practices towards employee performance in manufacturing company. Three dimension of employee performance which is quality of work, quantity of work and speed of work achievement were used for this research. Quantitative approach will be used for this study to collect the data is survey questionnaire. This study was focus on manager, human resources and supervisor in manufacturing company as the respondents. The questionnaire were distributed for 70 set, and only 53respondents who answered the questionnaire. Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Program was used for descriptive analysis. This study was found a statistical significant impact of training practice on employee performance. The data obtained from this study, can be used for Human Resource management to more understand and know the important of training programs for employees in organization. Due to this, it can help the organization to improve their employee performance by improving their skills and knowledge on their job.
