摘要：This article discusses the consensus among a panel of experts on future expectations for innovative instruct ional leadership style (IIL) in technical and vocational education (TVE). Eleven experts consisting of professionals in the areas of leadership and TVE we re involved. Four - round Delphi technique was performed in this study. In the first round, it involves an interview with a panel of experts in the analysis of needs. The results of this round and the next round will be analyzed by questionnaire to obtain the median and inter - quartile range. This study also shows 188 items have reached a high level of consen sus in which the overall experts have reached consensus on the entire dimensions and items.
