摘要:In general, in teacher training programs, there are three dimensions; namely, field information,vocational information and general information courses. Teaching practice includes theoretical and appliedteaching activities based on the three kinds of information above. The aim of the research is to analysethe relation between the opinions of practice teachers and senior students of teaching program about thevariable of “proficiency in teaching process” in the teaching practice course. The sampling of the researchis composed of 153 practice teachers at practical training schools in the city centre of Kütahya. Amongthe practice teachers, compared to branch practice teachers, classroom teachers consider prospectiveteachers more proficient, and as the seniority of practice teacher increases, the behaviours of prospectiveteacher in teaching process are considered more proficient.
