摘要：Luego de idas y venidas en la elección de la norma de televisión digital, en la segunda mitad de 2009 Argentina decidió seguir los pasos de Brasil y adoptó el estándar nipo-brasilero. Desde entonces, se han sucedido una serie de políticas y acciones concretas para implementar la TDT. A tres años de dicho momento, es posible realizar un balance que analice las virtudes y deficiencias del proceso de implementación de la TDT en Argentina. El objetivo del artículo es focalizarse en las políticas públicas llevadas a cabo por el estado argentino tanto en el despliegue de la infraestructura necesaria, como en el estímulo de la producción de contenidos. 其他摘要：After comings and goings in the choice of the standard for digital television, in the second semester of 2009, Argentina decided to follow in the footsteps of Brazil and adopted the nipo-Brazilian standard. Since then, a series of policies and concrete actions have taken place to implement the digital terrestrial television (DTT) in that country. Now, three years after, it is possible to perform a balance that analyzes the strengths and flaws of the DTT implementation process in Argentina. The aim of this article is focusing on public policies carried out by the Argentine State both on the deployment of infrastructure as in the encouragement of the production of content.
