  • 摘要:This study aims to design a competing SME strategy model along with a choice strategy module, so that SMEs have a guideline to implement the competing strategy. This competitive strategy model comes from functional companies, namely production management, marketing management, human resource management. The functional of this company is the actuating function, which is carried out every day. Whether or not this management is effective affects the competitiveness of SMEs.
