摘要：An investigation was recently carried out in the Netherlands to determine the value of Diphtheria Phosphate Toxoid—a highly purified aluminium-phosphate-adsorbed toxoid prepared at the National Institute of Public Health, Utrecht—for active immunization against diphtheria. The authors describe the procedure followed in this study, in which 4,272 persons of both sexes and of ages ranging from under 1 year to 70 years were inoculated with the vaccine, and give a detailed analysis of the results obtained.
