摘要：Based on the research of the low-carbon performance factors of express delivery enterprises, the low-carbon performance comprehensive evaluation index system of express delivery enterprises is constructed from five aspects: packaging, storage, transportation, distribution and recycling. By using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, we can evaluate the low-carbon performance of enterprises, and finally improve the low-carbon performance of express delivery enterprises continuously through the PDCA cycle.
