其他摘要：The paper analyses governance in the parliamentary boards using a quali-quantitative research. The analysis is based on corporate governance to identifying differences and similarities on public governance in the Legislative Power. We collected data from several different types of parliamentary boards. A quantitative and comparative model is presented to assert the level and kind of governance in legislative bodies, specifically the type of governance exerted by parliament’s boards. Findings reveal great heterogeneities demonstrating that each parliament comes up with a specific solution for its governance problems. The main theoretical contribution of the paper is that the legislative power is so idiosyncratic to copy standardized solutions.
