摘要:An Information Systems Design Theory is aprescriptive theory that offers theory-basedprinciples, whichcan guide practitioners and scholarsin the design of effective information systems and setan agenda for on-goingresearch. This paper displays an e-learning architecture based on Information Systems Design Theory (ISDT) .TheISDT draws on various piece speculations to determine a data framework that backingsthe level of assortment andchange innate in the act of e-learning inside a Universitysetting. It also offer an answer to the problem of how todesign, implementand support information systems that effectively and efficiently support e-learningwithinuniversities. This problem is increasingly prevalent and important to theoperation of universities. It is also a problemwhere existing solutions are limitedin terms of variety, quality and explicit theoretical guidance. Due to a lack of priorempirical research on the interdisciplinary research of E-learningand in response to a need for theoretical and practicalframework in this area, theobjective of this paper is to propose a conceptual framework of implementation,which hasbeen largely neglected by discipline of E-learning research in informationtechnology/information system in general, inE-learning particular.
