摘要：Taking supply and demand of real estate market in Dazhou as an example, this paper obtains the main factors affecting the supply of real estate market by interviews and consulting relevant information. Through questionnaire and further analysis, the main factors affecting the demand of real estate market are brought forward. Countermeasures are then proposed to achieve the balance between supply and demand as well as stable and healthy development of Dazhou’s real estate market.
