摘要：The medical field contains the numerous amount of dataset about patient's history data. But this datasethas no use without any analysis which predict health care information of patients. In the analysis the similaritymeasures and clustering algorithms are used to group the medical cases. While to find similarity between cases andcluster them, several methods have been proposed, but measuring the similarity between medical cases and clustering isa challenging problem. Previous works on the clustering didn't give any pure clusters. Proposed work establish aclustering algorithm which integrate medical cases based on threshold value. Proposed algorithm gives high purityclusters on medical cases.
