  • 摘要:Water is an essential requirement of human being and water supply is becoming a challenging problemeverywhere. It is necessary to use available limited resources to resolve this problem. Many researchers have usedtechniques, various models and different software’s based on various analysis methods to design the water distributionsupply system. A safe supply of potable water is the basic necessity of people. It include transport of water over longdistances for supply of water to urban area, water distribution system for a group of rural towns, water distributionnetwork of a city, and so forth. A water pump supplies water through primary, secondary, and distributor water mainsto supply water to consumers and for fire protection. For the optimization of water distribution network by WaterGEMS tool is used. The analysis of the distribution system is made using Water GEMS software. It is an efficientmethod of designing new pipe layouts and pipe rehabilitation projects.
