  • 摘要:An experimental investigation was performed to find out the change in properties of rice bran oil byblending of acetone in fuel. The additives is a liquid which is add in the fuel to improve their properties which isresponsible for combustion engine. The addictive improve fuels burn rate, increase surface area, preventcorrosive effect and increase the efficiency of engine. The main objective of experiment to find effect of acetone onproperties of fuel acetone is readily available chemical added in rice bran oil. To improve the fuels ability to vaporizecompletely by reducing the surface tension it increase the mileage, increase power, engine life and performance lessunburned fuel going past rings keeps the rings and engine oil in for better condition. It can stop the block smoke whenthe rack is all the way at fall throttle it can reduce hydrocarbon emission. It can reduce the formation of water icecrystals in below zero weather which can damage the fuels filter. From the experimental it’s found that the kinematicviscosity , surface tension and HC emission is reduced by blending acetone in rice bran oil. But the only one thing isincrease that is mileage of vehicle.
