摘要：This paper introduces a new Interline Unified Power Quality Conditioner (iUPQC) with an improvedcontroller which integrates an extra functionality of Static Synchronous Compensator (STATCOM), to provideadditional grid voltage regulation besides all the functionalities of conventional iUPQC. An Artificial Neural Network(ANN) controller is incorporated to track the reference signals more effectively. This new topology will significantlyreduce the overall system cost. The whole system is simulated in MATLAB/SIMULINK to validate the performance.
