摘要：El derecho, como campo de saber, debe problematizar su posición frente a la investigación biomédica y propiciar la articulación de estudios históricos y jurídicos de los conceptos que intervienen en su saber en correspondencia con la práctica científica. Se toma como punto de partida el estudio del bioderecho y los problemas históricos de la vida genéticamente manipulada, teniendo presente la historia del concepto vida, o sea, el comienzo de la pregunta por la vida y además, la relación entre los discursos médicos, jurídicos y bioéticos.
其他摘要：Law, as a knowledge area, must argue its position related to biomedical research and it should propitiate the joint of historical and legal studies of the concepts that are part in their knowledge related with the scientific practice. It is taken as departure point the study of biolegal and the historical problems of genetically manipulated. Life, remembering the history of life concept, that is, the beginning of the question of life and in addition, the relation between the medical, legal and bioethics speeches.
