摘要:The ultimate goal of pedagogical education is to enhance comprehensive quality of normal school students and cultivate qualified elementary and secondary school teachers. How to be a qualified teacher has been a complex issue for both normal school students themselves and educators in the process of achieving the aim. This paper argues that there are, during the process of training construction, some basic strategies that normal students should acquire to reach the goal: (a) improving professional skills; (b) stimulating learning motivation; (c) establishing positive teacher-student relationships; (d) pursuing self-fulfillment; and (e) building professional appearance.
