摘要：The study focuses the ways of improving the monitoring of tribal schools. Generally, these schools aresituated in far- flung areas with weak network infrastructure, which makes its accessibility and monitoring tedious andineffective. With the use of an android application having features namely camera, the global positioning system (GPS),real-time facility, the analysis of funds utilized in these schools, provided under various schemes and their monitoringcan be enhanced. The data of every tribal schools sent by inspection officers will be stored in a database which can beused for analysis of various scenarios of schools in form of statistics and graphs. From here, the concerned authoritycan keep an eye and regulate the expenditure of funds giving more emphasis on areas with poorly spent funds. Theeffectiveness of this application can further be increased by keeping the resource (internet, storage) consumption of thisapplication to the minimum yet satisfactory level.
