标题：Acuerdos Científicos Comparados entre Investigadores de Ciencias Sociales y Naturales Categorizados del PRONII 2011/13 de Paraguay

摘要：Se presenta un estudiosobre los acuerdos científicos a los que adhieren los investigadores naturales y sociales paraguayos, en el que participan 183 cientificos categorizados por el PRONII/CONACYT de Paraguay en sus convocatorias de 2011, n1=251, y 2013, n2=347. Se aplicó una encuesta con recordación asistida sobre 4 reglas o acuerdos. El diseño es descriptivo, de corte transversal, con análisis cuantitativo. El 82% de la muestra reconoce acuerdos científicos, 8% no los admite y 10% duda de su existencia. Al solicitar que mencionen dichos acuerdos, 77% nombra al menos uno, 5% no los recuerda y 18% niega su existencia. Con la técnica de recordación asistida, 85% reconoce la inteligibilidad del mundo, 96% la actitud crítica, 95% la aptitud metodológica y la comunicación abierta.
其他摘要：The following investigation studies the social agreements that Paraguayan scientists from the natural and social sciences have towards scientific research. The sample consists in 183 Paraguayan researchers categorized by PRONII/CONACYT, who have answered a recorded survey regarding 4 scientific rules or agreements. The study was descriptive, cross-sectional, with mixed qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results show that 82% of scientists, regardless of the area, recognize scientific agreements. 8% don't recognize them and 10% doubts their existence. When asked to mention these agreements, 77% named at least one, 5% do not remember, and 18% denied thatsuch consensus even exists. Regarding the scientific agreements, 85% recognize the intelligibility of the world, 96% the critical attitude, 95% methodological competence and open communication.
