摘要：What is one person capable of doing for a child? In spite of the differences among concrete cases, it is necessary to point out what all of them have in common: the reflection that the principle of the child’s best interest must guide the matters related to filiation. One cannot act in an individualistic and selfish way. The attention must be turned towards this third person, who must have their rights preserved and guaranteed, for being a person in development, who deserves protection.
