摘要：The present article aims to examine the current role played by the principles of specificity and legal type of real rights, what is done from the analysis of three fundamental axes: (i) the protection worthiness and valuation of the real rights; (ii) private autonomy and the content of the real rights; (iii) contractual freedom and transmission of real rights.
